
Healing Your Grieving Heart - With yoga breathing And meditation

Whether you're grieving the loss of someone you love, or you're struggling with finding
your purpose in life, or you're suffering with the emotional stress of a serious illness,
you can use heart-opening yoga breathing and meditation techniques to help you find
calm and healing in the midst of your pain.
What to wear? Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing
What to bring? Just your open heart and curious mind. We will provide
yoga blankets, and blocks for floor sitting, and we will have chairs
available. If you have any special needs, please contact us in advance.
This class will be suitable for everyone!

November 20th, 2010 is the 12th annual National Survivors of Suicide Day. The American Foundation of Suicide Prevention is offering a free 90 minute webcast. The broadcast features a panel of experienced survivors and mental health professionals and offers emotional support and information about resources for healing after the loss of a loved one to suicide.
